Leadership Programme
For the Youth. By the Youth.
-
The Executive Team
The executive team turns the long-term vision of European Horizons as an impact-driven policy incubator into a day-to-day framework and oversees the progress of all our initiatives across Portfolios.
-
Policy
In line with our belief that the youth needs to build knowledge, experience, and confidence to effectively voice their ideas, the Policy Portfolio manages our flagship training programme, the “European Horizons Policy Fellowship,” in its ideation and execution.
-
Publications
The Publications Portfolio creates our main policy outputs, such as Op-Eds, Policy Briefs, and Journal Articles, and expands their outreach, mainly through Transatlantic Perspectives (TP) and the Review of European and Transatlantic Affairs (RETA).
-
Finance
The Finance Portfolio is responsible for financial management and driving the sustainability of European Horizons’ activities and operations. As such, it presents two main divisions: treasury & sponsorships.
-
Communications
The Communications Portfolio is actively engaged in a comprehensive campaign to amplify the organization's deliverables ranging from conferences, summits, workshops to partners/sponsors and to chapter events/activities.
-
Conferences
The Global Conferences Portfolio primarily focuses on delivering the 3 flagship conferences of our Fellowship Programme, that being 2 Fall Policy Conventions (FPCs) in London and DC and the European Student Conference (ESC) in Brussels.
-
Global Chapters
The Global Chapters Portfolio brings new chapters into the fold, builds transatlantic solidarity through collaboration, and facilitates chapter growth.
-
People & Culture
The People & Culture Portfolio “checks the pulse" of the organization, ensuring the team's motivation, well-being, and overall satisfaction as well as a sense of belonging among all members (including Alumni).
